I had an incredible view of Tokyo from my room on the 35th floor, with Mt. Fuji visible in the distance. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city, and the staff went above and beyond to assist me. They even personally escorted me to the subway, which was conveniently located below the hotel. The beautiful hotel and attentive staff made for a truly wonderful experience. highly recommended.

Our stay at this hotel was exceptional. The hotel is conveniently located next to a metro station in the heart of Tokyo's center. The room was spacious with stunning views of the skyline, including the Tokyo sky garden. The hotel facilities were top-notch, from the luxurious bathroom to the amenities like Bose speakers and a beautiful kimono provided for our stay. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, going above and beyond to cater to our needs. We enjoyed delicious meals at the Italian restaurant and drinks in both the lounge bar and the bar with live jazz music. The concierge service was superb, securing a reservation for us at a renowned sushi restaurant before our stay. We also made use of the well-equipped gym, complete with fresh towels, smoothies, and energy bars. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

This hotel in Tokyo's financial district is a hidden gem with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The staff spoke excellent English and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The rooms on the lower floors offered a breathtaking panoramic view of Tokyo, especially the stunning Skytree Tower. The well fitted out bathroom added a touch of luxury to our stay, making us feel like VIPs. And let's not forget the delicious included breakfast, with made-to-order items that left us wanting more.

Spent the New Year's holiday at a hotel in Japan and it was amazing! loved the delicious complimentary breakfast and the bottle of champagne waiting in the room upon arrival. the hotel was perfectly located near all the cultural landmarks and the vibrant nightlife scene. Plus, the gym was top-notch and had all the latest equipment.

We recently spent a few days in Tokyo and had an amazing time at the hotel. The staff was super friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to receive complimentary breakfast and a city map upon check-in. The location was also great - just a few minutes walk from a major transportation hub and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops. We couldn't get enough of the breathtaking views from our room and the rooftop bar!

There really wasn't much to dislike about our stay! If we had to nitpick, we would say that the room could have been a bit bigger, but it was still very comfortable.
